CCIM Partners: Completed Transactions
In a post earlier today, I noted that we will have links to the currently active property listings on the Find A CCIM Professional resumes.
I forgot to mention that we are currently importing members’ completed transactions and will link them to the resume.
We will also improve the current system for entering completed transactions and the feature that allows us to export them to RERC for inclusion in the CCIM/RERC ITQ research reports.
CCIMNet FAQ: How do I post listings?
CCIMNet via LoopNet
On June 18, 2007, the Institute reached an agreement with LoopNet to provide a CCIMNet platform via LoopNet’s LoopLink service.
That service was made available to members on June 18 and announced on June 19 at http://www.ccimnet.com/.
We have three priorities to complete the implementation of this service:
1. Import property listings from the prior CCIMNet service that are not already listed on LoopNet.
2. Reconcile CCIM affiliation on LoopNet with CCIM member records so only listings posted by CCIM Institute members are shown.
3. Link property listings to CCIM Professional Resumes displayed in the Find A CCIM Professional search engine.
Priority #1 is in process and should be complete by Friday, June 22.
Priority #2 will begin once Priority #1 is complete and may take up to a week.
Priority #3 will start on Friday, June 22 and is expected to take a week to integrate into the member profiles.
Additional posts here will have updates.
CCIMNet
This week, the CCIM Institute has begun to unveil the new CCIMNet service, providing a national portal for sale and lease listings posted by members of the CCIMNet institute. The service is being rolled out in three phases, interim, and long-term. During the interim period, CCIM will contract with one or more vendors to provide a CCIMNet listing service while a taskforce is determining a long term strategic plan for CCIMNet. That taskforce will offer recommendations to the Executive Committee in July and to the Board of Directors in October, with the goal of implementing the long-term solution in January of 2008.
I’ll be using the CCIMNet category on this blog to post progress notes. If you want to keep up to date, subscribe to the RSS feed.
