LoopNet began importing CCIMNet property listings this morning at 7:30 Pacific. They estimate that it will 12-14 hours to post them all. The process is complex to avoid duplication. CCIM will be sending them image files later today and they’ll merge them into the listings by Monday. If you have listings on CCIMNet, expect an email from LoopNet on Monday morning advising you to verify your listings.

I just tried to look at my listings by accessing ccim members properties on loopnet in Dallas Texas. I don’t believe my listings appear. Am I doing something incorrectly?
Listings are matched via email address, so if you use different addresses in your LoopNet profile and your CCIM profile, you listings won’t appear on CCIMNet. You need to make them the same. If they are the same and they’re not appearing, please contact LoopNet. Their tech support number is on http://www.ccimnet.com/faq.html.
