Thank you for your comments and suggestions.
We’ve made the following improvements to MailBridge during the past week:
1) Fixed the attachment bug. We offer our most sincere apologies to those who sent out emails with “please see the attached file” when nothing was attached.
2) All messages now have contact information pre-filled into the message area.
3) The message footer is now CAN-SPAM compliant.
4) When you wonder “Why did I get this message?”, click the link in the footer “MailBridge attributes for this message”. It will show you how the sender classified the message.
5) Message subject is based on content classifications, using Subject Short Codes
http://mailbridge.ccim.com/mailbridge/public?action=shortcodes: Translation of [CCIM HAVE/4L/PORTFOLIO/IND/OFF/V1-] is Have, for lease, multiple states, industrial, office, $1million and under. After a while, it will seem normal.
6) Fixed a bug related to the “Delay Until” feature. The Delay Until feature (Embargo) saves and restores with the message.
7) Cosmetic changes.

Several people have asked why the message appears to come from no-reply@ccim.com and how they can respond to the sender. The sender’s address will be used when you click REPLY ??? it???s in the message headers and available to your email program. We send from a ccim.com email address to comply with the SPF (Sender Policy Framework, http://www.openspf.org) system commonly used to block spam messages. Because the mail comes from a CCIM server, it needs to be tagged with a from address that shows CCIM servers as authorized senders. If we sent the message with the original sender???s address, it would be marked as having come from an unauthorized server and probably marked as spam.
We are pledged to a process of continuous improvement, so keep your suggestions coming.
