LoopNet began importing CCIMNet property listings this morning at 7:30 Pacific. They estimate that it will 12-14 hours to post them all. The process is complex to avoid duplication. The CCIM Partners Find A Professional now lists all transactions entered in the completed transactions system prior to June 13. We’re not thrilled with how we display the data and will be changing that in the very near future.

On June 18, 2007, the Institute reached an agreement with LoopNet to provide a CCIMNet platform via LoopNet’s LoopLink service.
That service was made available to members on June 18 and announced on June 19 at http://www.ccimnet.com/.
